I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. The sandwich was warm, full of flavor, and made exactly as requested. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.
The food is good....NOT so much the customer service AND...

WILL....DEFINITELY....NOT....BE GOING BACK!!! THEY....DO NOT....CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....ONLY...THE MONEY !!!!!
I will never return to this establishment. My son, along with a colleague who has never had any complaints during his time there, was let go after raising concerns to the manager about another team lead’s behavior. Rather than listening and considering all perspectives or issuing any warnings, they both were terminated for speaking up. It seems they prefer to take sides without conducting any proper investigation or listening to their employees. I will be reporting this to corporate, along with exploring any legal actions that may be available. Firing two individuals based on hearsay is completely unacceptable, especially given that they are already understaffed and struggle to prepare orders in a timely manner.
I have always enjoyed the hook and ladder sandwich, but since they stopped toasting the bread, it just isn't the same. The flavor has suffered, and while the subs are still decent, they lack that special touch. I'm left wondering why a good thing was altered when it could have maintained higher ratings. Cutting corners doesn't seem to satisfy customers.
I love Firehouse Subs, especially the hook and ladder, but since they stopped toasting the bread, it just isn't the same. The flavor of the sandwich has suffered. Don’t get me wrong, the subs are still good, but they’ve lost something crucial. I wonder why they ruined a good thing to maintain better ratings. Cutting corners doesn’t keep customers satisfied.
I had a dreadful experience ordering in Richmond, VA. I asked for a pastrami sandwich without it being drained, as it shouldn't be dry. The manager said I could get it today, but never again, and suggested I pour water on it if I wanted it wet. I’ve never encountered such rudeness, and I ended up not receiving my sandwich after a frustrating back-and-forth. I will never return! The manager should be fired for his unacceptable behavior.
Firehouse has serious inconsistency issues. I bought the French dip they just brought back; the last one I had was pretty good. I was annoyed they started adding garlic butter, which I didn’t want. I reordered yesterday, and it was the toughest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The bread and cheese were good, and the au jus was great, but the meat was inedible. I must credit the workers for taking my call about not wanting my sandwich heated, but the app didn’t allow me to specify my preferences. I’d rather wait to eat my sandwich when I’m ready than have it heated and then get cold.
This franchise is a total scam! Specifically at the West Palm Beach location. Employees are not paid for their actual hours as there's no paystub to track this, and taxes aren't deducted, clearly showing they aren't paying for hours worked! They issue checks that bounce and can't be cashed from personal accounts! You're not allowed to contact management, and there’s no HR or accounting to address these issues! They terminate staff for not showing up to shifts they weren't even scheduled for! Avoid this fraudulent company!
Tried the Thanksgiving sub, and there was barely a spread of cranberry sauce on the bun; I only knew it was there because of a pinkish hue. I asked for the correct amount of sauce, referencing the poster that showed a substantial layer. They agreed but charged me an extra $3. All I wanted was what was shown, not extra. Typical of this location, $20 for a sub, and they are profiting significantly. It's alarming how much control the staff have; I won’t return, even though I used to order from them weekly. The cashier seemed indifferent to my decision, but surely the owner might care? If they continue these shady practices, their closure won't be far off.
