The soft shells arrived well frozen and sized as described. Cooked a few for myself and a friend and they were,,, excellent. By buddy wants the the web site and I will definitely be getting more. I do minimalist cooking for soft shells, flour dip with some seasoning and a bit of bread crumbs, egg wash with another dip into the seasoned flour and bread crumb. Sauté/fry in butter and a little oil. Brioche roll and maybe a touch of Aioli with JO/old bay seasoning.
