Product was great. They said they would give extra crabs in case there were any that were not alive. That did not happen. There were two that were not alive. So my loss. This was a gift for my dad. Also an mis understanding on shipping. After placing order found out shipping was much more because it was a live product. This is something that should be explained before going through the whole process although they were well packaged still took a loss of two.
Most importantly they stand by their customers and provided services.With an eye for detail, quality products are delivered neatly packed. This makes them my go to company when its time to order seafood sent to a state where the closest thing to seafood is "mountain oysters" (yes they are a real thing). Their packing techniques say loud and clear that they are proud of their product(s) and care about their customers.
Was great all around. Ordering was easy, communication was very professional and helpful. I was able to change my delivery date with a simple request. The live crab in top condition and were very good quality and tasted great. Look forward to future orders!
Softies are my most favorite food ever. I’m 69 and have been eating them for a good part of my life. I don’t get to eat them as often anymore because they are so expensive and I am on a fixed income. So I was so excited to order them again after two years of not having any. I have never used Crab Dynasty before. They did get pretty good reviews, so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered the jumbos, which were supposed to be 5 to 5 1/2 inches tip to tip. As I looked back on the order after receiving them, I noticed that it said that was the size before cleaning them. Now the only part you clean is what’s underneath the top of the shell, so I don’t quite understand how cleaning them can change the length of the crab. The alleged jumbos we received were only 4 inches tip to tip. I was taken aback at how tiny they were. I know I should’ve taken a picture with a ruler, but we were all waiting and anticipating eating these as soon as we got them. My bad for not doing that, so I don’t expect any compensation, but I just wanted to let everyone know to be aware that you might not get what you paid for. These crabs are very expensive as it is so you do want to get the right size. All that being said, they were very good taste wise.
Packed Well!Ordered Doz Colossal Male Crabs2 were nice and loaded with meat.7-8 were mediocre, 1/2 the weight of the two loaded ones3-4 of them were basically void of meat, even in the claws Those crab’s definitely would have gone back into kitchen had I been at a Restaurant Did not expect so many light crabs this time of year at end of August
I had a bad experience with the last batch of crabs that I received and within 24 hours customer service had resolved the issue. Crab dynasty you have a customer for life! Great customer service is hard to find but Crab dynasty was on top of it.
