Great Maryland Seafood . Just prepared your breaded Oysters. Baked at 400 degrees until browned. They were delicious. Also brushed the top of your crab balls with melted salted butter and broiled at 450 degrees until they were Golden brown. Absolutely delicious. .
UPS failed to deliver my live crabs for next day delievery and let them sit for 3 days! they arrived dead so i contacted Patrick at Crab Dynasty and he took care of everything and a fresh order came the next day! What an awesome company,be assured they are a top notch operation. Thank you
Crabs were as expected for this time of the year although I experienced more crabs dead than in the past orders with you. Soft shell were much smaller than I anticipated but I understand what I ordered and the season. I will be ordering again very soon and hopefully the crabs will be much fuller and the soft shells much bigger. I trust your brand because last year you gave me a premium product and did a great job of offsetting the dead crabs with additional crabs. Let’s see how you do on the next order!
I was initially hesitant to order. After a conversation with the Crab Dynasty rep over the phone all of my questions and concerns were answered. I placed my order and the crabs arrived on time and alive. They were full and very tasty! Thank you for the awesome crabs!
These 'Giant' king crab legs are big and meaty but they are a bit too salty, especially when dipped in drawn salted butter. We had made some amazing crab cakes with this crab and this helped moderate some of the salt. Also amazing in ramen as the broth pulls out some saltyness. I also made a nice shrimp and crab scampi with garlic and unsalted butter. I'm going to try and tempura fry some crab legs next. You will enjoy this crab but use unsalted butter and steam well or boil a couple mins to reduce salt.
