To whom it may concern,I am a lover of crab legs and just knew I found a good place to purchase my crab . Not just saying this Sir the large ( CRAB LEGS I ordered along with soft shell crab which cost me $ 202.00These were the (DRYEST CRAB LEGSI have ever eaten, I was so disappointed they were cooked exactly As told. I was embarrassed for my guess said how dry these large crsbLegs are
I ordered 2 dozen live softshell crabs and was worried that they would arrive dead in San Diego. As I opened the box, the crabs didn't move at all and I almost called to complain. As I lifted them out of their nest, they warmed up and came alive. Especially when I dressed them, it was a lot of movement going on. So, the crabs were super fresh and tasted unbelievable delicious.
I haven't had crab like this since I was a little girl. It was delicious! They are wonderful to work with. My first delivery was delayed due to carriers fault. When I notified them of what happened. They were happy to fix things quickly.I will be ordering there often, for the food and the service!😍
We did order on Saturday and we want to pay the order,it didn,t work we try on sunday it did ,t work when we try to pay on Monday we saw that the snowcrab was 70 dollar moreAnd when I opened mine basket the snowcrab was GONEI sent their a email sorry but the price was on Monday a little bit higherBut I ordered it on SaturdayThey will contact me,nothing heard of them
I was not happy with the crabs. When I received the 2 dozen crabs for my birthday they were frozen. That did not work for me aswell I tried to reach out to complain about it but I got no response. Not good for customer service. I will just order them from someone else. I am part owner of anotherpopular seafood place in Baltimore but we do not ship crabs.
