The crabs are always heavy and seasoned to perfection. I have been ordering from Crab Dynasty for about 5 years since I lived in MA. I now live in NY and my orders are always on time and exactly what I order. Their customer service is very friendly and always helpful. I only had to call about an order once in 5 yrs and they took special care of my issue. The issue really was that I received a duplicate order and they refused to charge me for it. They just told me to keep the extra crabs on them. I don't even bother with other companies anymore because Crab Dynasty is top notch!
