It was seamless. Your website was easy to navigate allowing for a simple shopping experience. The follow up after our order to out of state friends gave us piece of mind that they would receive our gift of soft shells in good condition(frozen) and at the designated time.
Most of thr crab appendages were dried out. Meat was pretty hard and dry.Good seasoning.Update...12/4 per request...We did not "reheat" only cleaned and consumed.Even the "crab claws" were dry and hard.The only "ok" part of the crabs were the body/white meat.They were packed, and received, with good cold packs in tact.Hope this helps.
