I didn't get my order in time so I didn't get to enjoy the Crab Dynasty experience and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Crab Dynasty was very quick to respond and very apologetic they instantly processed a refund and I didn't see the refund in my account yesterday afternoon but just like they said it was there by 7pm. a full refund. In all fairness Helena was touching down and causing bad weather in my area when I ordered and I didn't know it so I'm sure that affected the delivery. Thank You Crab Dynasty For A+ Customer Service...I will definitely order again!!!
With the hurricane, my crab didn’t make it on Friday for the Miami Hurricane game 🙌. Thank goodness because I would’ve choked on them because my nerves were shot watching it, we won in the last few minutes. They sent me a new box of large males shipped by air this time and received them on Wednesday morning. They were nice and cold, full of meat. Plus got to enjoy them watching a movie which was less stressful than the Football game. Great product for a great price. Will order more, thank you Patric for taking care of me!! I've ordered hard crabs twice. They've been great...packed perfectly and full of meat. The 2nd time I ordered them I got a phone call saying there wasn't enough colossal crabs to fill my order, so a very nice lady asked if they could be delivered the next day with no charge to me and she would even throw in a couple extra. Sure enough, they arrived the next day with a couple extra. Just ordered another dozen colossal crabs. Can't wait to get them. Thanks for great crabs and service.
