Ordered some soft shelled crabs and unfortunately, not through any fault from Crab Dynasty, shipping took longer than it should have and the ice packs and crabs were pretty thawed.I mentioned this in an email with their customer service. They wound up shipping out another order and overnighted it at zero cost.Awesome customer service.Oh... and the crabs were absolutely delicious.
We placed our first order and paid for UPS Saturday delivery. UPS sent us a message that delivery would not be until Monday. We contacted Crab Dynasty Customer Service and they were able to resolve the issue right away and we got our Saturday delivery. Crabs were great and seasoned well! Will order from them again soon
