The overall quality is very good and the embroidery looks. Brilliant.My issue is the hoodies have started to bobble already and this is with out being washed or used during work.The tshirts and coat look and feel very good quality
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.I don't usually write negative reviews but had to on this occasion just to warn other potential customers.Absolutely horrendous customer service.From the very beginning they got things wrong.You order and a few days later they send you an image if your logo for confirmation, it was the wrong logo. Then they sent the order which was 2 weeks late. When it arrived most of the items were wrong. Wrong size, wrong colour, some with the wrong embroidery on, some with no embroidery on.Then when i called to complain i was met by one of the rudest men I've ever encountered in a professional capacity. Wasn't interested at all. Wasn't apologetic, wasn't interested at all actually. Didn't want to speak to me at all. Told me he had other customers to attend to. Put the phone down on me twice.Then when he actually stayed on the phone long enough for me to get the issue sorted he persuaded me to send the incorrect items back and insured me that he would get them back to me by a certain date.Only for me to get an email a few days later refunding me for the items as he didn't wan't me as a customer anymore.I'm now left with an incomplete order and wont be able to issue my uniform as i don't have enough to go around.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTIONAVOID AT ALL COSTS
