Read the reviews and the responses from Craft Kings- they speak for themselves.**Edit- Alex from Craft Kings called me out of hours to be abusive over the phone and try to make me change my review after claiming that my review was inaccurate. As expected and in his usual fashion, Alex has responded in an aggressive and threatening manner below.**Ordered 5 times over the last 6 months, most recent orders came to over £665 and embroidery was appalling quality on 7 items of the clothing (different items and sizes) and took 3 weeks to be delivered. How these items passed quality control to be sent out, I am astounded. Contacted customer service with photos of all items whom wanted all items to be returned in order to be replaced, however due to the delivery time we had no option other than to issue this uniform to Staff. We are a busy small business ourselves and do not have time to use suppliers that will waste our time by providing poor quality product and then expecting the customer to take time out of their business to correct mistakes made by a supplier.I requested that a total embroidery fee of £31.85 (4.8% of total order value) is refunded to us for the poor quality work. A very reasonable remedy, Craft Kings eventually agreed to this. After trying to support a small business, we will be moving uniform supply elsewhere due to the lack of care, attention to detail and customer service.
From beginning to end this service has been top-notch, A1, 5-Star. Ordering could not have been simpler. The customer service was on-point with excellent communications. And the product, Wow, just spot-on!! The quality of the T's, Polo's, etc is Incredible. The all weather jacket quality rivals anything you'd find on the high st. I'm actually seriously impressed.
