No current avenue of contact!

It is absolutely impossible to contact Craig Solar by Amazon, EBAY (too many messages sent) or on the CS website. The E Mail showing on Trust Pilot is also not recognized. As there is a disparity between Amazon and website listings for what PVs are on offer, I simply wanted to check that what was shown if what is delivered, as one customer suggested that he had not specifically got what was described. To not have any avenue of contact in this day and age seems ludicrous and most likely to end up creating problems. This deficiency mars what appears to be an excellent rated supplier, sadly one I cannot use or recommend without personal contact. It's extremely frustrating and means that I will probably have to use another PV supplier, to whom lack of any contact and two way communication is not a barrier to commerce.I will of course revise this review should my comments be acted upon and effective, interactive 'Support' offered.
