Items that was in stock was sent fast and the guys had fast and very good communication. The guys did their very best to get the required solar panel to myself that was on back order. Will certainly be ordering / dealing with CraigSolar again in the near future.

The panels I ordered were on back order…

The panels I ordered were on back order so I was not expecting immediate despatch. The vendor contacted me and asked me if I wanted to be refunded as there was the possibility of additional delays outside of his control. I decided as I was in no rush to keep the order open. I received regular updates on the order progress and was notified in advance with tracking details. A very good service and I would not hesitate to buy from Craig Solar again.

Outstanding service

Ordered some cables from for a new installation, the courier lost them but CraigSolar sent a replacement set via another courier in time for the job to be completed.Can't rate this company highly enough, incredible service!
