I did have a bit of trouble with the electronic signature but Tim resent the confirmation page and it worked the 2nd time. Probably me not understanding how it worked. Anyway, the order has been accepted and I'm quite pleased. If you can speed it up a bit I would be most grateful because I live 60 miles from the nearest big town and my truck is my only vehicle. There was a young lady also involved who took the original order & deserves kudos for her assistance. It took only a couple of minutes to confirm the correct part and that it will be available in about 2 weeks. She was also a good conversationalist. We chatted a bit while she did her work. A very good experience. I am impressed that you provide a 5 yr warranty without mileage restrictions. That in itself is worth doing business with you. The reasonable price[anything under two grand is reasonable [especially on a limited fixed income] was also a great selling point. Thank you very much!!!
Horrible horrible. After they took my order about 30 minutes later, they call me and told me I have to pay an additional $100 because I provided a residential address once I provided my commercial address they wouldn’t believe that it was a commercial address long story short I cancel the order
