This company has tried to take £19.99 from my account luckily I didn't have the available funds, (and contacted my bank to block any future transactions), hence the reason for my desperation in contacting them in the first place, I did not consent to a trial to better my credit rating, I thought I was applying for a loan, avoid..avoid..avoid

Avoid this company at all costs.

Despite 4 emails to creditperfect about £19.99 being taken from my bank account on the 29th December 2021, that I had NOT authorised NOR signed up to, not a peep from them. Phoned also to be told by a machine that they are no longer dealing with enquiries by phone, quite convenient!My advice to anyone in a similar situation is to do as I have just done. I have just completed a Dispute form for direct debt, from my bank and they are investigating. May not get my £19.99 back, but they will block creditperfect from taking any further money from my bank account.All I can say to complete my review for now is, at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he was robbing people, these rogues are robbing people in plain sight!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIMES.

This has happened so many times

This has happened so many times. Get re directed from god knows what websites onto here don’t even click or agree to anything and then I end up getting charged the dreaded £20 and now they want to take the money two days before Christmas you are having An absolute laugh I hope I miraculously get refunded ASAP!!!!!
