Attempted to take £19.99 3 times 1st of April 2nd and the 4th successfully taken twice. I have paid £39.98 for a service I hade no idea I was receiving. On the email convosation they have never accepted the fact I have been ‘charged’ twice for a months subscription.. scam artists dressed as a legitimate company.
This company is a scam, they somehow got hold of my card details and started charging subscription fees. I only became aware after going through my bank statement.I possibly agreed to some hard to see terms and conditions whilst I was applying for loans.I signed up to get a free report which was written in large font. And on the bottom there was a term saying that you will be enrolled into a trial to get this 'free report' which was written in font size that was much more hard to see.
Complete scam, avoid like the plague. This company will claim that you have been approved for a loan, but will actually sign you up to a useless subscription service (that is available for free in multiple other places) and take £19.99 a month from your bank account. On completing sign up you will be rejected for all loans. Of course, they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership, so I had lost money by the time I managed to do it. Disgusting company preying on vulnerable and desperate people, if I could afford to throw away £19.99 a month on a service my bank offers for free, I wouldn't be applying for a payday loan in the first place! Since giving these people my details I have also been bombarded with silent phone calls, calls about debt consolidation, dodgy text messages also claiming I've been approved for a loan, the works. I did not consent to them sharing my details with anyone. Lastly, they claim that membership fees may be refunded if they fail to find you a loan, but they've refused to refund my £20 that I can ill afford to lose. Do not waste your time or money on these con artists.Edited to add: After writing this review, Credit Perfect have been in touch and have refunded my money so I have increased the rating from 1 to 2 stars. While I do appreciate this, I will not be deleting the review as what I have said remains true; if you are looking for a loan and are redirected to this site, DO NOT PROCEED.
Apart from feeling like I had been scammed emailing the support team does actually work. If you ask them to call you they will too, the women I spoke to was very nice and understanding of the situation and refunded all the money I was owed as they could see I had never used there website befor and was redirected by a different company. Still some improvements need to be made though like us as people being able to contact the company by telephone instead of having to ask by email. Great service on the phone.
