Hi you have taken 19.99 out of my account I can't remember even if I read about you but I do know if I did I didn't understand the terms or conditions or didn't read them and plus I didn't use the service so I would appreciate a refund please because that's my children's money you have taken for Christmas thankyou.

My dad didn't read the terms and conditions on something and didn't use the service but credit perfect picked up on this and gave him a full refund and cancelled the payments got to say that I'm happy with them for this thank you
