This company is disgusting, I have tried to cancel , I did not even realise they attach a payment order to your account. I have emailed them, tried to cancel with my bank . They just rob you with out you getting anything in return. I am now going to report to financial reporting Council. DO NOT GET CONNED BY THIS COMPANY
I have just applied for a loan with a company called Comet Loans and have given them account number for s credit check. Luckily I haven't given them my debit card information. This bunch of cowboys better not try to take £20 off me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE. I haven't signed anything agreeing to pay them but I think I have had dealing with them before. Zero stars if I could. I have sent 2 emails asking you to cancel something I didn't agree to or sign up for to support@creditperfect yesterday and await your response. Standard cut and paste replies. I have also contacted my bank about this.
Do not touch this company .They act as if you are looking for a loan. However I assume in the ‘small print ‘ they tell you that they are taking £19.99 per month . However they took it of me within 2 weeks . I had no idea and from the reviews neither did anyone else . I have emailed them for my money back (they do not have a phone number). I have been told they will not refund my money . They are absolutely disgusting . Preying on people when times are hard . This company will be shut down due to unethical and fraudulent activities . I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman because in law they cannot use the ‘small print’ as a legally binding contract . It needs to made clear so you are aware . Not sneaky and underhanded
Took money from my bank account when I’ve never actually heard of the company! Claimed I had a subscription which I have never agreed to! Are not contactable by phone! Will not refund me despite several emails still insist on calling me a customer and telling me I had a subscription which they have now cancelled. Absolutely disgraceful I’m in contact with the fraud team at my bank as I had to cancel my card as I had no knowledge of this company and no reason for them to take money.Absolute scam artists avoid them and any company affiliated with them!!!!!!!Blames a 3rd party company and when I find out who this company is they will be getting negative reviews also!!!!Spoke on the phone and email saying I agreed to a subscription a subscription I’ve never wanted or used! Absolute liars! Asked for more bank details on the phone couldn’t explain why so many people here have exactly the same issue with them!I requested 2 weeks ago for all correspondence to be made via email and for a manager to contact and me and provide me with their complaints policy and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since! I will be contacting the FSA now!These people are thieves!
Basically you was not lending to me any credit because I was looking for a Slo-mo the lawn good not tell me an identify what was wrong with my credit history why I can’t get a credit loan I never had any Greek God as a new person trying to borrow money there was no step for me for 4 to borrow any money at all You can’t to cancel my subscription fee
