Really bad company BEWARE!!..I was looking for a loan it made out as though it had found a suitable deal for me if I signed up for this 14day scam that can be cancelled at anytime!..so I went through thinking I would get the loan!..On the otherside after signing up i still had to apply for the loan..so BEWARE as it's all smoke and mirrors!!.. I've cancelled my trial straight away and if anything comes out of my bank,I've put this in writing for a law suit,as it's daylight robbery!!
I have had £19.99 taken form my account I didn’t authorise this or even give you my bank details. This is theft and I’ve reported it to the fraud team at my bank.Refund this money immediately.I stand by my review. I reported Creditperfect to the fraud department of my bank. As I gave my detail to apply for a loan nothing was ever mentioned about taking it for a subscription. So credit perfect used my bank detail to take money without my permission. I did contact you first by phone to be told use don’t take calls anymore. Then I emailed you to be told it was a subscription and basically that was it. So I got a refund through using my bank and the fraud squad. So to all the other people you have done this to get into your bank and the fraud team.Patricia
This company are scam artists . I happened to browse their service a few weeks ago . Realised it was no different to clear score and took no further action. Just checked my bank account and they have taken £19.99 to way to contact them by phone .. have just made a official complaint to financial ombudsman and will dispute with my bank when it’s out of pending … Beware !!
Disgusting company. As with others I was looking for financial assistance and they have used peoples desperation to their advantage.I have sent several emails confirming I did not sign up to their service and they have not acknowledged my formal complaint or request for a refund, they just send generic emails of no assistance.Edited to respond to the below response- yet another delay tactic by credit perfect. Applied for finance on 11/07, received an email from credit perfect on the same date which advised if I would like to sign up to the free trial follow the link- I didn’t because I have no use for this service. Have sent this email to credit perfect but they have consistently replied with the same generic email re the 14 day trial. The only frauds here are credit perfect honestly don’t know how they sleep at night
They sent only one email at the start and nothing else yet they fraudulently requested regular payment from me from the moment I used their site. No information confirming when the trial period ends in my email or what the charged amount is and they did not match me to any lender. Shortly after giving them my details, I began receiving calls from other unsolicited so-called financial advisers who I don't know how they got my details (so I can only suspect it from these guys) and they started pressuring me to give them even more details and enter IVA and other dodgy financial arrangements. They cant be reached via phone calls and their contact form is limited to automated actions only.Save yourself the headache they can't help you better than all the free comparison sites. They are a worse and expensive useless solutionWell anyways if I can get my money back I will be happy.
