Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I am very disappointed with the service. From the beginning, I faced several issues with account verification. Despite providing all necessary information, the support team requested personal company documents that cannot be shared without an NDA. Additionally, there was no guidance or alternative solutions provided. Their responses often failed to address my questions, and setting up support for our project took hours without clear assistance. It is also troubling that their website does not state that personal data is necessary to use their services. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer support makes this service frustrating and unreliable. I would caution anyone thinking of using it.

Outrageous Interview Process

The interview process is outrageous, as if they expect you to have no other commitments while interviewing with them. It dragged on for too long, ending with them stating the firm owner had a death in the family and then going silent on the process, which I invested hours into. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I do not recommend engaging with any employer using this service.

Concerning Business Practices

I concur with other reviews; this company makes it very difficult to cancel. There are typically laws in the EU to prevent this, and many of their practices seem to tread the line between legal and illegal. I would not trust my own or customer data with this service. As a developer with 20 years of experience, I do not recommend this service for chatting with website visitors or for use on landing pages under any circumstances.

Disappointing and Unreliable Service

Disappointing and unreliable—avoid this service. We trialed it and had our account suspended twice in the first few days without warning or clear explanation, just vague claims of “internal system error.” That should have been our cue to leave. After investing time into integrating the service as our business grew, they suddenly decided they couldn’t verify our website and blocked our email campaigns, again without meaningful justification. As a startup, we cannot afford to waste time on unreliable services. This company let us down.

Not Perfect, But Worth It

It's not perfect, but I can’t complain given the decent free plan! I would love to have the option to choose a custom HEX color. I would say they are the best free option available.
