It has been three and a half months since I ordered and never received the hoodie I ordered. I sent a email , they sent me a tracking number, the shipping label was created but never shipped.
BEWARE!!! do not purchase from this website. The reviews are horrible and I wish my son never ordered anything from here. I have been requesting a refund. I will now fight with my bank and I will rip these people all over the Internet. You will never see your product. They will keep sending you a generated email. It's been almost 3 months and I have not yet received my product nor refund Nor a tracking number.
Ordered black Friday weekend 2025 we are now in February 2026 still nothing and their customer service sucks this company is way over their heads I'm surprised they haven't been sue for that ad they had around Thanksgiving that they had a bigger team and everything will be shipped out right away it feels like they laughed at everyone and took the money and will eventually ship when they feel like it will be the last time I ever order from them
Never received my order and company will not issue refund. I ordered well over a month ago and after emails back and forth with them they and their AI ass responses they will not issue a refund! I am going through my bank now and they are investigating. This is a absolutely a scam of a company

Awful company. Please save your money; these guys seem like scam artists. I bought 3 pairs of shorts from a deal on their site, and it's been 4 months. They took my money, and while I received a shipping notification, I still have no shorts. I've reached out multiple times, only to be told to wait. It's infuriating that they boast over 100k followers on social media while their service is lacking. Please do not support this shady company; there's no reason any product should take months to ship. I've ordered from overseas and received items faster.
I ordered on September 21, 2025. It's almost December. I've sent several emails and received the same story. What's frustrating is they had a Black Friday sale with same-day shipping, lol. I'm angry because I still haven't received anything. They sent a shipping number that just indicated they were preparing my shipment. That was on October 18, stating USPS was awaiting the item. They don’t offer refunds but can’t provide timely service. Something needs to change. The shorts look great, but overall it’s not worth it. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
