The website looks good, and the company information is clear, but I couldn't see a button saying INVEST, or something similar. I had to call and email others for help. Eventually someone said try the "Continue" button. and I was able to make the investment
Great site to discover start-up investment opportunities which are vetted by CC for authentic raises and investor friendly site. Easy to get details and get answers to specific queries. Simple and transparent to invest in your business of interest. The details once you invest kind of become sparse, and I wish they kept us updated on the progress of the fund raise.
Overall, I have found that Crowdcube sets out quite clearly the risks involved in investing in any of the projects it mentions. The investor has sole responsibility. Up to date information on the progress of projects is given regularly and Crowcube gives the 'small' investor the opportunity to be part of various 'startup' companies with minimal investment.
