Already have an account with Crowdcube so have been through the background checks. Took time to read all the information and Q&A for the company that I wanted to invest in. Actual process for investing this time was very easy just had to update credit card details and confirm purchase through credit card app. 5 mins maximum
Invested, looked iffy, reported that it looked iffy and asked for confirmation all was good, and was refunded. No indication of what/if went wrong, or even a covering explanation or whether or not i should try again in 5 days (that's how long it takes to get back to me apparently!)
