I am absolutely delighted with my new panoramic windows that have replaced the outdated wooden framed ones from the 1990s. They complement the door I upgraded earlier perfectly. The old wooden windows were worn out and had damaged seals, but the new ones have transformed the appearance of my home beautifully! 😃👍
The two workers installed my new front door swiftly and effectively. Later, when I discovered the doorknocker and spyhole inside the letterbox, they also installed those for me. After experiencing multiple break-ins, I now feel secure again.
I’m back with more issues. Please don’t threaten me with authorities; I’m certain they’d be interested in the time-stamped videos showing the staff confirming that the elderly woman was due a refund at the beginning of November. It seems the authorities should investigate your business practices. You claim she was out of contract, yet you sent a representative with a very common name from a distant city. That’s when the contract should have started. Then, your fitters came four days later to take measurements, and suddenly, just three days after that, the refund window closed. This is a lot for an 80-year-old to handle. She couldn’t share her concerns with family, knowing she had made a poor decision. A very assertive salesperson visited her home, pressuring an elderly person into handing over money. So yes, involve the authorities. We can all discuss this together. And please, no more claims that I’ve “got the wrong company” or that “the order isn’t correct.” It’s clear why there are issues — you took advantage of an elderly woman. Do the right thing. No one is threatening, so let’s drop that too.
I initially approached them for a simple quote for my mum, but it turned into a stressful experience. They quoted £6k for two windows, which suddenly dropped to £3k, then wanted £99 upfront for a survey, which she declined. After that, they asked for a £720 deposit, which she also refused, and suddenly offered to proceed without any upfront cost. In the end, she had to call me over because she felt overwhelmed by the pressure! I find their tactics quite aggressive.
I'm back to address this again. Don't threaten me with authorities; they would be interested in the timestamped videos proving the staff said the elderly lady was due a refund back in November. It seems the authorities should investigate your operations. You claim she was out of contract, yet you sent someone with a very generic name from a distant location. The contract began when she was visited. Then, four days later, your fitters came to measure, and just three days after that, the refund window was closed. This was all too much for an 80-year-old to handle, especially when she couldn't confide in her family due to her mistake. A pushy salesperson pressured her into parting with money. So yes, let's involve the authorities; I'd welcome that discussion. And please, no more claims about wrong orders; it's clear who was taken advantage of here. Do the right thing and stop the threats.
The entire process from selection to installation was swift. The installers worked diligently and left everything tidy. Special thanks to the team for addressing our unique 'bay window' issue, which had been problematic due to insulation. They explained their solution and ensured we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the outcomes of the entire project—windows, soffits, fascia, cladding, guttering, and dry verges. Their pricing was also reasonable.
