Absolute joke of a company, I do not recommend using. Ordered 3 cans of Cuprinol Decking oil in Natural Oak. Ordered on the Friday and received my order on the Monday so can not complain about that. However the items colour of 1 of the oils was wrong and 2 of the cans were completely battered as packaging was very poor.
I tried calling the company but nobody every answers. Nobody has ever returned my calls after leaving a message. I emailed them asking to be contacted and have received no response. Companies like this should go bust as they do not care about customers or even completing an order correctly.

Despite all the negativity in the reviews for this company I have to say my experience has been amazing. Having seen the recommendation to contact Neil in Customer Services if you need assistance, I took the advice and got a response within 5 minutes of sending an email on a Saturday night after 9pm. After a subsequent exchange of emails in the next 10 minutes or so the issue I had was resolved to my satisfaction.Such outstanding service is rare these days and needs to be recorded
I placed an order with LiveMoor back at the beginning of January. The order is over £100! I still haven’t received it even though they assured me, by email, that stock was due back in by the end of the following week! I have rung a number of times but there is never an answer just an answer machine telling you to leave a message and someone will get back to you! I have never received a call back!! I am now extremely concerned and anxious.Update I have received an email from Tim regarding my order. It still isn’t back in stock and yes I have been offered a full refund. I reluctantly will have to do this as it seems the item will be out of stock for awhile, mores the pitty. Thank you Tim for finally giving me some clarity.
I ordered a product from Livemoor to start on some new product development. Unfortunately when the package arrived the paper packaging was torn. I decanted the good Into an appropriate jar. The documentation and paper packaging did not give any useful information about the product, such as batch number or best before date. Furthermore, I went back to the website to get the MSDS and CoA information and could not find anything relating to the goods. I subsequently emailed the company to request all this information and have received no response. I also tried to contact them via the telephone several times , no response.I am unable to return the goods as the original packaging is a mess and I’m unable to use this item in any new product development as I am unable to get the necessary paperwork required. Very disappointed with the customer service and the product documentation. I’ve not tried the product as this would be a further waste without the appropriate paperwork required. I will have to find an alternative supplier.
I placed an order over christmas period, I did expect a bit of delay posting. It was posted promtly asap straight after the New Year many thanks. Good price, good product. I place a another order, #176845 got an email informing me that an item awaiting to arrive with them, did I wish a refund or wait for it to arrive. I said happy to wait. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone, and she said they would dispatch the rest of my order Monday (yesterday). I then got email the item was back in stock. So hopefully now all of my order will be with me before the weekend. Must say extremely good value products across the whole of their site.
Placed and order for 20kg of Wax on 8th December, the Wax was in stock on the website. After not receiving our order (#175603 incase you read this Livemoor) , We phoned numerous times and got no answer. We emailed and finally received a response on the 17th December Saying "Thank you for Pre-ordering your Wax" It should be in stock week commencing 5th of January." Caroline offered a refund if this was too long to wait. We Did not "pre order" The Wax as it was in stock, and they took our Cash. This was too long to wait for delivery so kindly asked for the refund via email. . We are still waiting for the refund today over 5 weeks since ordering. We have made Numerous phone calls to Livemoor and sent further emails asking for the refund.. But received no correspondence in return whatsoever. I understand you had a Christmas break and I understand you are a small business.. I get that. But guess what.. We are also a small business, and we are £140 out of pocket with no product recieved from you. I await your email or 'response' on here and more importantly, our Money back. ASAP. Update:Refund finally received but only after leaving a review on here. And as for your response below.. for the record, our order was not a preorder as you claim. It was in stock, and still showing in stock online 9 days after ordering as I screenshot your Web page. Please don't lie to try and cover your poor customer service.
