Very disappointed with the quality and customer service.
I purchased a 3-piece swimsuit set from La Vie En Rose, and I was excited to wear it for the first time at a water park. I only wore two pieces of the set, and to my shock, the color changed immediately.
The swimsuit was originally green, but after wearing it once, it turned gray.
The worst part is that I did not even wash it yet — the color change happened while wearing it.
Many of my family members were with me at the same water park, and they were wearing swimsuits from different brands, including Shein, and none of their swimsuits had any color fading or discoloration except mine.
I contacted customer service and provided photos as proof, explaining the situation clearly. Their response was extremely disappointing. They said they could not do anything because they have “never had a similar complaint before” and insisted that it must have been caused by improper washing — even though I clearly explained that the swimsuit had not been washed at all.
It’s unacceptable to pay for a swimsuit from a Canadian brand and have it lose its color after one single wear, and even more disappointing to receive such dismissive customer service.
I will not be purchasing from them again and I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for quality swimwear.
I recently made a purchase during a sale, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that some items were missing. I reached out to the support team right away, and after their review, I was told that the management had verified that all items were shipped and, regrettably, they could not provide refunds or reshipments. While I recognize these policies, I found the outcome quite disappointing and believe that a higher standard of responsibility and customer care could have been shown. Consequently, I am unsure about shopping here again.
I struggled to find the ideal bra fit, but the representative at the local store made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. They dedicated time and attention to ensure I had the perfect fit for my outfit. Outstanding customer service—friendly and attentive. The products are excellent as well!
Disappointing customer service. 😔 Avoid online purchases. I ordered items during a 50% off sale totaling $100, but only two items were shipped. When I inquired about the rest, customer service informed me they were lost and issued a refund without offering to reship the available items. They suggested I buy them again at full price. I found their response unhelpful and rude, and I won’t be shopping online with them again.
The website had technical problems preventing my order from going through. After several attempts, I ended up with two identical orders. When I contacted customer service to cancel one, they said it was impossible and I would have to wait for the packages to arrive for a return. This experience has made me appreciate more reliable services.
I ordered a pajama set, but received the wrong sizes. I returned the item and was charged $12 for shipping, which was their mistake. So far, customer service has been horrible. I’ve sent eight emails and used the chat feature, but the issue remains unresolved.
I bought a bra that was advertised as 95% cotton, but it arrived with almost no cotton content. After returning it, I received only $8 back, with shipping deducted, despite the original cost being $25. The customer service was unhelpful and didn’t even have the item to verify its material. This was my first and last experience shopping here!
Frustrating shopping experience! I spent over $200, but items arrived in four separate packages. One package was returned by the delivery company due to my not picking it up in time, and I was charged $12 despite not initiating the return. Now I'm stuck with mismatched items. I will NEVER shop here again due to their poor return and customer service policies.
I would rate this store with zero stars if possible! I attempted to return promotional teddy bears bought by my son, but they only offered in-store credit to him. The manager was rude, and customer service stated it was a final sale despite the items being unused and still tagged. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not support this store again.
