The customer service is lacking, with no direct phone number available. Most inquiries via email go unanswered. They claim not to sell used or returned items, yet they are aware of others who do. My experience with a product was disappointing, and I felt misled when trying to get a refund or exchange. This has been my worst experience, and it's not the first. I will be looking for other brands and selling off the products I purchased, as I am very dissatisfied.
At first I was confused as it was my first time connecting a car audio system. I left a negative review but a rep contacted me promptly and gave me a thorough explanation of how ohms in amps and in speakers work. So now understand. So far CT sounds have great customer service. I can’t wait to hear the quality of the speakers and amps.
Bought a complete bass package. Single 12" subwoofer with enclosure, amplifier, and wiring kit, also came with remote volume control nob. Fast delivery was a perk. Excellent purchase in my opinion. Very pleased with additional support this gives to my existing speaker setup. Looking forward to future purchases with CT SOUNDS.
Got the 8" hydro and 400 watt amp. Wanted to replace factory sub in my wifes 05 explorer, but keep it in the same location. With little modification, it fit into the factory box, behind the trim, and the sound of it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely buy from this company again.
