Frustrating purchase experience

Unfortunately, my experience with the service has been quite disappointing. The device arrived with multiple issues, including incorrect language settings and software in Finnish, which took a lot of time to resolve. I spent numerous hours making the computer functional, including data transfers, adjustments, and reinstallations, but the support line never answered despite my repeated calls. The compensation offered was minimal and did not match the effort required to fix a product that should have worked properly from the start.
