Review Time
My package is a week late. When you try to contact them, they completely ignore you, and when they finally do answer, they're rude and hang up before you can even finish your sentence. A terrible experience, and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. It's worth noting that I didn't choose this delivery company; it was DHL.
Fraudulent Activity! The driver provided false identification and took my packages. I've sent four emails and haven't received any responses. I can't understand how this service is still operating. Complete disappointment!
This courier service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My package has been delayed for days without any updates, delivery attempts, or communication. Their complaint form won't accept my tracking number, customer support ignores my emails, and the provided phone numbers are not functional in my area. It seems like the entire system is set up to evade assisting customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I advise companies to reconsider using this courier.
I was expecting a package, but there was an issue with the address. I attempted to reach out via email and phone, but couldn't get in touch with anyone. The package ended up being returned to the sender. I spent hours over five days trying to call and write to them, but received no response. When I finally got an agent, they couldn’t assist me. I wouldn't recommend this service at all.
Package was delivered two days late. One courier went to an address five minutes away but for some reason couldn't just go to the right one. He passed it on to someone else to be delivered the next day which also didnt't happen as the address was "incomplete" even though it´s my work address on my Amazon account that I use regularly. Terrible service.
This is the worst courier company I've ever had to deal with. I give zero stars not even one.They say they tried to deliver, but we were at home and the bell didnt ring. Then nothing! no updates. The tracking page just said there is an incident.Now after sending many emails and trying to contact they reply saying I have one day to go collect it from their office, which is 30 minutes outside of the city I live in. It would take me over an hour to get there and I am working. It is an utterly useless service.
Failed to deliver on first "attempt", falsely claiming nobody at delivery address. On second attempt the driver just ignored the given address and expected me to go to him in the next town to collect my package. When I insisted he finally agreed and delivered the package with extreme rudeness. Any company that hires people like this deserves to go out of business.
I wish I could give zero stars, I've lived in three different continents and never, NEVER had such a consistently terrible service, this is what happens when there's no state post, back before the post was privatized it worked fine, in the years since it has been more than a downhill it has been a free fall, couriers don't even attempt deliveries, consistently get the addresses wrong even though they are written correctly on parcels, even when they leave a slip which they rarely do, they get the names of the receivers wrong! It's like CTT only hires people who can't read or recognize numbers because even in the right street they'll still get the house numbers wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No one, in any step of the chain in this company can be trusted, and I fully blame their leadership, and the consistent cost cutting they try to do, they're not in the business of delivering mail, they're in the business of disappointing and screwing over clients
