I am generally pleased with how the company assisted us in the cancellation process. My final account manager was open to addressing any concerns we had. For potential improvements, I suggest enhancing the frequency and method of communication. Additionally, it would be beneficial to avoid providing guaranteed timelines for results and to ensure that customers are adequately informed when there are changes in account managers.

The guidance was very good! this process takes time and can be very complicated. I had no idea how to even get started and TSL simplified the process very nicely for me. I really appreciate everything they did! The process actually got stretched out and took a little longer than the one year deadline but that was no fault of TSL. The time share company dragged things out. I would say one thing for victims of these predators; pack some patience and don't lose your cool!
