I had been using another service for several years, but their quality and support have deteriorated significantly. Customers were receiving prints of poor quality or nothing at all. I found this new service and it has been amazing. My customers are now leaving positive reviews because the print quality is outstanding. One customer even compared prints she received from both services and was amazed by the difference! The support from the representative has been exceptional, and it's great that they have an online forum! There are some areas of the website that need improvement, but I know enhancements are in progress and I’m excited to continue working with them. If you’re using larger providers, don’t hesitate to switch; I have no regrets!
