The quality of the items was disappointing, and the customer service was lacking. I returned 2 out of 3 items the day after I received them due to their unusable condition. Although the return policy allows for 30 days, I did not receive any refund or acknowledgment of my return for a month. During that time, I reached out to the company multiple times for updates but received no response. After waiting patiently, I filed a complaint with a consumer protection agency, and was then contacted shortly after with a request for the tracking number of my return shipment.

I placed an order over a week ago for a birthday gift. I was hesitant due to the price, but after a week with no update, I called customer service. They asked me to verify my shipping and billing address, which I had already provided. The representative claimed it was 'part of their process' and that there were no issues charging my card. I never received an email from the company; if I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting. Based on this experience, I will likely return the item.
I placed an order for items that were listed as 'in stock' and received a confirmation that most were on backorder just two hours later. The shipping costs were excessive, and I was charged surcharges for fuel. I called to cancel, but they suggested changing the color instead. I insisted on cancellation, but I have little faith that it will be honored.
I placed an order on 17 October, and FedEx allegedly received it the same day. By 20 October, it was stuck in Boylston, MA. When I contacted the company, I was told it would arrive by 28 October, which is today. Their customer service has been poor, and I will not order from them again.
I bought a pricey soft pillow six months ago. After using it for three months, it lost its fluffiness and support. Given the high price, I find this unacceptable. It's now not worth using, and I'm searching for a new pillow elsewhere. I understand why their products aren't featured in independent reviews.
I ordered a sheet and pillowcase set and accidentally processed a duplicate order. I notified the company well before shipping, but they said they couldn't cancel since the orders were processed. I returned the duplicate, and now it's been over two months with no credit. They claim they haven't received the return, and I doubt I'll ever see my refund. The service has been frustrating—avoid ordering from them.
The company claims their products are made in the USA, but the sheet I received is from Pakistan and sewn in China. I wouldn't have purchased it had I known. Additionally, the sheet is advertised as 100% cotton, but it feels like a poly/cotton blend. I will be returning it.
After one wash, the sheets started unraveling at the corners. Additionally, the platform does not allow account creation, which is odd. I remember being offered this option at checkout, but it didn't work, and there’s no 'Sign in' option on the website to track purchases.
