I ordered the high-quality t-shirts. The material is very comfortable, and the design was beautiful and matched the site. I needed to replace two of the shirts based on size, and the team was very helpful and responsive. They took care of my situation quickly. I was actually surprised.
Great quality shirts, fast shipping, and amazing customer service. I accidentally ordered a small and emailed customer service to change it to an XL. They sent me the XL free of charge even after sending the small since they didn't get my email in time. Have ordered 3 times for different shirts and will continue to order in the future. Thank you.
From the hilarious product types to the actual size and comfort of the t-shirts, my entire order was nothing short of awesome. I received everything very quickly and being the idiot I am, I screwed up and ordered the wrong size on 2 of the shirts, which was quickly rectified by Anthony at m00nshot in one email that was responded to in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!
Highly recommend! When we had an issue with our order (even though it was probably our fault!), Anthony S and his team replied back to our email quickly and presented quick action on making things correct. Customer service was excellent. I ordered the wrong size and didn't like the print when it was received. Rather then have me return the shirt I no longer wanted, they told me to keep it (one time courtesy) and sent me a replacement. Just had to pay shipping. Great experience and will order from them in the future.
Best customer experience/service I've had all year. Their luxury shirts run a little smaller, which i did not know until i received my order. When i explained what happened, m00nshot allowed me to keep the original order and provided a code so i could order the sizes needed at no additional cost. Extremely responsive and made the fix very easy. I've told 3 people already about how great they were!
I have never encountered such amazing customer service in my life! I have been considering ordering from this company for years and finally pulled the trigger. I misjudged my sizing based on the shirt and shirt material. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me ensure I had the correct size And then corrected the order with amazing speed and efficiency.
