Dress arrived quickly but it was bent (had shaping materials in it) which made it fit strangely. But I only need it for one event and they’re only offer store credit for returns so I’m just rolling with it. Not super happy with the fit but it’s a beautiful color and quality is good.
I have purchase a few dresses from prom girl but the last 2 dresses I received they were shipped in a bag and at least put the plastic on the dress but not even that. They need to take better care of the dresses one of the I had to take to get repaired due to the bag getting pierced.
they do not give u ability to put in what type of delivery u prefer, my $300 plus $100 shipping dress was labelled "authorised to leave" I never approved of this and the deliverer ended up tossing it on my door step up right in plain sight without even knocking the door or ringing the doorbell one metre above his arm that he used to place it on the floor... as a result my package was stolen called the delivering company and they said prom girl has given them the instruction to do so therefore they are not responsible.

I ordered the dress on September 29th. I was informed that the dress would ship by October 5th. When I inquired, I was then informed that the dress would ship no later than October 7th. As of today, October 9th, the dress still has not shipped. I needed the dress for October 10th. I had to purchase a dress from another supplier.
