Review Time
This is my second Closca helmet - they’re super convenient to carry and wearing them makes you look much better than other helmets. A plus is that many haven’t discovered it yet so your friends are automatically curious how it collapses haha. It’s my second helmet not cuz the first one broke but cuz it’s a gift to my boyfriend. The support is also very reactive and a pleasure to deal with. I would’ve put 5 stars easily but unfortunately returns are not free, I messed up the size and had to pay €7 for a prepaid label…a plus is that the customer support of Closca provided the label so I wouldn’t make a mistake at the post office so yeah it could maybe be cheaper but I chose safety. I agreed to €7 but I do believe it to be quite costly…never had to pay as much for a return of any other brand. Otherwise, love this brand’s mission and approach!

The delivery service was excellent, and the bottle's design, appearance, and thermal performance are truly impeccable. However, there are significant issues: 1. The exterior is prone to scratching and paint loss. Whether secured to a bicycle or stored in a standard luggage case, damage occurs easily. This is entirely at odds with your stated principles of durability and longevity. 2. The weight is rather substantial, making it distinctly uncomfortable to carry as advertised in a backpack. I genuinely adore this design and sincerely hope further improvements will be made. Should updates be released, I shall certainly purchase and support subsequent versions.
The helmet was too small, even though I carefully measured and selected the correct size. After wearing it briefly, it left painful pressure marks on my head. I actually liked the product in general and simply wanted to exchange it for a better-fitting size.However, I've now been trying to reach customer support for over two weeks. I’ve sent four emails at reasonable intervals and received only the standard auto-reply promising a response within 24–72 hours – which never came.All I asked for was a size exchange or a return label. Since no one has responded, I will now return the product entirely and no longer consider purchasing from this brand again. Customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
Absolutely awful customer service. The helmet arrived but it is too small so I would like a refund. All my of numerous request, following their appropriate channels, have been ignored. I do not trust this brand and believe they’re just waiting the time out so I am no longer eligible for a refund. Would not recommend them and appears to be a common issue with others too.
