Have not received the package.
Customer service has told me over a week now that they are waiting for the investigation from the post company.
Not received seems an easy issue. Not for cult.
Yet to see how they resolve it.
Had to order the products somewhere else. Those arrived faster than the issue was resolved….
So no, I really don’t recommend cult beauty.
I am very satisfied with “Cultbeauty”services! So far, I have ordered makeup 3 times and everything arrived exactly on time.. what always amazed me was that I always received a message about the package and the exact time of arrival of the package... I am really grateful because the packages I ordered are expensive and the customer always thinks that something will go wrong, but never with “Cultbeauty” I have been intensively ordering different things from many online sites for 6 years in Germany but I have never had such a good and positive experience as a customer 💓 they are simply the best, very responsible and precise!!!
Accidentally put in wrong address and couldn’t redirect it. I reached out to cult beauty instantly after realizing my mistake but they said it was impossible. The order wasn’t obviously shipped at that moment so it left me confused and disappointed. The product was fine tho
Items bought as gifts. The packaging of one item was clearly damaged and it was so complicated to return the item that I just kept it. Code for the postage did not work & the back & forth with customer service was just exhausting. Delivery was fast & the other items in the order were perfect.
I recently experienced an issue regarding loyalty points that were not visible in my account due to orders being placed under different site locales.
Initially, the situation was somewhat confusing and required several exchanges with customer support. However, after the case was escalated to the appropriate team, the matter was investigated properly and the points were manually transferred to my active account.
I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved and that a fair solution was provided. While the process took a bit of clarification, the final outcome reflects good customer care.

Shipping was prompt, and the online shopping process was straightforward. I really appreciate the pricing. I've ordered three times now and received all my packages without issue. I'm very satisfied, especially with the wonderful prices.
I have placed 7 orders since 24.12.2025. Some were declared lost, and for others, they want me to wait an additional 3 days on top of the previous 3 days without any status change. Some orders were returned due to content restrictions, which I was unaware of, as I purchased items that were indicated as deliverable to my country. I am still waiting on some of these orders. Overall, it has been a terrible experience. I regret not spending my money elsewhere. There seems to be a serious issue with your shipping partners.
I received my order promptly, with no customs complications. There was an issue with one item being defective, but the company was not at fault. I reached out to the support team, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, assisting me in resolving the problem. I have nothing but positive things to say about them!
