I purchased a pair of shoes in October 2025. I noticed this week my right shoe was splitting from the toe to the middle of the shoe. I contacted support and after they saw the pictures they requested, they immediately offered a refund or a replacement pair. I opted for the replacement pair and look forward to wearing my No Bulls proudly.
I am always happy with both my shopping experience and the new products. I’m a devoted fan of the brand, and everything I’ve purchased for myself and even for my husband, who tends to wear things out quickly, has proven to be durable.
I noticed a minor structural issue with my shoe shortly after getting it. I reached out to the staff and customer support about it. Their response was incredibly positive. They provided a replacement without asking me to send back the defective pair. This level of customer service is outstanding. I am now a dedicated fan of the brand.

I strongly advise against buying from this service. While I've heard their products are good, it doesn't matter if you never receive them. I placed an order a full month ago, hoping to have it in time for Christmas, but the tracking information shows no updates and indicates that my order hasn’t even been processed. I’m out my money with no updates. I've contacted the support team multiple times and only received responses telling me to "keep checking the shipping updates," using the holiday rush as an excuse. To clarify, it's been a month and my order is still unprocessed—don’t use Christmas as a shield. Now, I’ve requested a refund, but I doubt the poor customer service will honor it, leaving me with nothing after spending money on a premium brand. I've seen numerous reviews echoing this experience... Please don’t make the same mistake!
