I wouldn't even rate this with one star. Over the entire year, I only heard from two representatives. I was seeking assistance in April, but I didn't receive contact until November. Now, I no longer need cleaning services, yet they are still requesting monthly payments. This feels completely like a scam.

Exercise caution: this service seems like nothing but a scam. By merely creating a so-called 'free' account and agreeing to vague terms, you become tied to a hidden annual subscription. I received no service, no cleaner, no assistance — yet they charged me €89.70 for nothing. This is not a legitimate service, but a financial trap. Avoid this platform at all costs and warn others. Don’t let them take your money. Be very careful!
Terrible service, zero ethics. I’m reluctantly giving one star because I can’t give none. They enroll you in a year-long subscription and then scam you out of your money despite multiple requests to cancel. They continued sending bills. After not paying, I received warnings about collections. Avoid this at all costs and report to the authorities! EDIT: They claimed the issue was resolved, but I still had to pay their scam fee, albeit at a discount to avoid collection agency troubles. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
These individuals are dishonest. They encourage you to register, stating that if they provide a service, there’s a subscription. Then, they start charging you without you even realizing it, all while ignoring your requests. The worst service ever. They take money from unsuspecting individuals.
After several attempts with cleaners who didn't meet my needs, I finally connected with an excellent cleaner! She is meticulous in her work. It's rare to find someone who pays such attention to detail and takes pride in their work. I'm extremely satisfied, although it took a few tries to get there.
