Very poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After purchasing a domain, they failed to activate it and have not responded to any messages or support requests. I bought my domain on Sunday, January 24, and it is still showing as “pending.” This lack of communication and action is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
