Fantastic Safe! Outstanding Support Team. I bought this safe about two years ago, and when it failed, the team promptly sent a new power cord. When that didn’t resolve the issue, they assisted me in shipping it back for repairs. The turnaround was really quick too! Highly recommend!
The representative on the support team was impressively responsive (even replying to my email during the holiday week), knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. They resolved my issue swiftly. This was undoubtedly one of the best support experiences I've had in quite some time.
I have had a safe for a few years, and it has been outstanding. When I needed service, the support team was prompt and detailed. Unfortunately, the same problem recurred after a few weeks. They opted to send a completely upgraded safe. Fantastic service, along with a quality product.
Had some electrical issues with my Bluetooth DS5i. Emailed their Warranty department & they sent me out a newer WiFi enabled VISN model for free! They even sent a return label, prepaid for the old one so I didn’t have to pay to ship it back. Awesome Customer Service!
Early this year I bought a safe to have on my bedroom dresser I purchased the Valtek Bluetooth DS5i, it has everything I needed, clock, dual charging pad and four additional usb ports in case I need to charge a few more things. Unfortunately, the charging usb ports and half of the charging pad stop working but the safe itself is still working keeping my firearm secure. I contacted Vaultek support and they try to help me get my safe working like it used to, but unfortunately everything that we tried didn't work so they gave me two options repair the one I currently have or replace it with one of their new ViSN models and to my surprise they have a newer model with the same features as my current one so I chose to replace it and they are also shipping me a return label for my current safe. This is one of the few companies that really goes out of their way to back their products and for that reason I am looking to them to purchase two more safes, and my friends are impressed by what I experienced that now they are looking at Vaultek safes themselves.
I currently own two safes from Vaultek, a LifePod 2.0 and a Barikade series 2. I started having some problems with my Barikade after a year of frequent use. Morgan and the customer support team provided exemplary service. I will buy from Vaultek again for honoring their warranty and for their quick response to my inquiries.
