Bad support and not instant accesable

Bought 2 things both were not working at the time. Instead of freezing the products so you cant buy it they continue to sell it and tell me: "Yeah wait". 1. Midnight mod menu: Was waiting 2 MONTHS with no update from the makers of the mod menu. Don't sell something that is not working and advertise it as working. That's diabolical but at least its working now after 2 months of waiting.2. Rockstar ready account: I needed a rockstar account the same night I bought it. Somehow the webmail was not working and they told me "Try tomorrow" and a day later its still not working. Then proceed to tell me its not account related and cant give me another. Again DONT SELL ANYTHING THATS NOT WORKING OR ACCESSIBLE. I still cant access it.If someone called Rediz is coming in your ticket just close it yourself since he is not gonna help you. Never got any good support.Yeah sure you get the account details instant but make sure its working. You cant advertise instant access when you cant keep that promise.

I bought a key but never received it. After waiting for a response to my ticket, a bot replied that the key I purchased was out of stock. So they sell a product but can't deliver it right away?
