I placed an order on November 29th and opted for express delivery, which promised arrival in 1-3 days. However, there has been no tracking information provided, and as of December 6th, my order has still not arrived. I reached out via email to inquire about the order but have not received any response. I chose to order based on positive reviews and now I’m left without the item I urgently needed before my trip.
I purchased 'Slow Sodium' tablets (sodium chloride) from a pharmacy after searching for slow sodium on their website. The product image clearly displayed the familiar Slow Sodium packaging that I know well. However, what I received was sodium bicarbonate – a completely different product and not what was advertised. Upon reviewing the listing again, I noticed that the title actually states Sodium Bicarbonate, while the image shows slow sodium (sodium chloride). This is fundamentally incorrect and could have posed serious health risks if I hadn't noticed this and mistakenly given the wrong medication to my daughter. I ordered this for my daughter, who specifically needs slow-release sodium chloride. She certainly does not require sodium bicarbonate, which is an antacid. If I had administered the suggested dose believing it to be the right product, it could have been hazardous. I promptly contacted the pharmacy to inform them of the error and requested corrections to both my order and their misleading listing. I sent two follow-up emails, but I have yet to receive any response. Even more concerning, the listing remains unchanged and continues to show the incorrect product image. There was no phone number available for direct contact. This situation is: • Misrepresentation of a medical product • Lack of customer support • A potentially dangerous mistake, particularly for those who depend on precise medical product descriptions, with significant health risks if misused! I am extremely disappointed and feel it is important for others to be aware of this issue before engaging with this pharmacy.
I regret dealing with this company. I've placed three orders because they offer my costly supplies at a slightly lower price. As a diabetic, I rely on these products for daily blood sugar testing. Unfortunately, two of the three orders have been problematic: I received no order confirmation and had to send multiple emails before finally getting my order. I'm still waiting for my third order, which will definitely be my last. The service has been chaotic.
To avoid misleading others, I believe the review platform should thoroughly evaluate this business and the reviews associated with it. I suspect there are issues with trust and professionalism, as it seems they are not fulfilling orders. I came here based on previous trust but I’m now questioning my decision.
