I ordered “Slow Sodium” tablets (sodium chloride) from Cured Pharmacy after searching for slow sodium on their site. The product photo clearly showed the well-known Slow Sodium packaging, which I’m very familiar with. However, what arrived was sodium bicarbonate – a completely different substance and NOT what was advertised. On rechecking, the title on the listing in fact says Sodium Bicarbonate whilst the photo is of slow sodium (sodium chloride) it is fundamentally wrong and could have caused serious medical issues if I hadn't spotted this and started giving this incorrect medication to my daughter I ordered the product for my daughter, who needs slow-release sodium chloride. She absolutely does not need sodium bicarbonate, which is an antacid. If I had given her the recommended dose thinking it was the correct product, it could have been dangerous.I immediately emailed Cured Pharmacy to alert them to the mistake and to ask them to correct both my order and their misleading listing. I sent two follow-up emails, but they have not responded at all. Even more worrying, the listing still hasn’t been corrected and continues to display the wrong product photo. No phone number provided to contact them. This is: • Misadvertising of a medical product • Failure to provide any customer support • A potentially dangerous error, especially for customers who rely on accurate medical product descriptions, with high medical risks if taken by mistake! I’m very disappointed and want others to be aware of this issue before using this company.
Really poor- didn’t let me know I needed to provide ID until I emailed them, claimed I’d been called by a pharmacist but had no missed calls or messages. Sent ID over and still heard nothing, chased again and was told it had been dispatched and I’d receive it next day. Then received dispatch email the following day- still nothing, ordered almost 4 weeks ago and still don’t have medication. I don’t like that I’ve been lied to twice in both customer service communication. It now won’t arrive in time, if I’d been told this from the second email I could have got elsewhere. Want my money back.
I ordered a week ago andwas asked for extra documents AFTER paying. I immediately requested a refund and got no reply. After serveral calls and messages, I was given conflicting explanations and told about emails and refunded attempts I never received. I am still waiting for my refund. Based on my experience, this company has been unreliable and a waste of my time. To say they've been less than truthful is an understatement.
