STAY AWAYI ordered some period delay tablets and paid for express delivery. They took the money immediately and then sent the tablets 5 days later when clearly I needed them immediately. They broke trust, didn’t honour our transaction contract. The leaves me wondering how can a company be so irresponsible with medications? Imagine if it were a more serious medication. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back but with the telephone number they provided never being answered and with a message box full- (probably complaining customers)and the lack of respect towards peoples needs I will never use this company again and will try my best to get my postage costs back at the very least because this company is not honourable. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails nor does the Facebook provided allow you to message their staff to try to find a quick resolution. Making me conclude they don’t care about their customers they just care about profit….well you don’t make profit without customers. I’m truly surprised these people haven’t been reported to the relevant body in an attempt to have them shut down based on negligence as they have a care of duty to send medication punctually. I wished I’d researched them before purchasing so don’t make the same mistake I did ie. Presume that an organisation in a position of responsibility will actually take their role seriously. Please don’t be lured in by the lower price as in this case you get what you pay for and that’s an evasive, dishonest, careless company !!!!!! Also I used my new email not the one linked to this account to purchase so don’t bother trying to wriggle out saying you can’t find a sale linked with my email. Best wishes (you need it) Anne-Marie
