Once again you do not seem to be reading what I have explained. the 10% discount was taken off but the extra £50 pp was not i repeat not taken off (you can work this out from the 10% discount given). I read the terms & conditions previously and my holiday does fall into the category (have you read them?).

Beautiful, very clean hotel in good location next to sea. Well organised and helpful staff. Stunning views from any side of hotel. We had town /mountain view - it is great. We enjoyed food and drinks - were spoiled of choise. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our holiday and happy to recomend this hotel to friends.
TUI made our holiday choice smooth and it was quick and easy to book. By downloading the app we were able to check payments easily and update booking options if needed. All in all a stress free experience. Thank you TUI X
I can look on TUI web site and chose my holiday,at my speed and the web pages are always a good source of find the right package. I have used TUI for 15 years and have never been disapointed.
Found the cruise I was looking for at the time I wanted it. Flights and cruise itinerary suit me well. Confirmation came through quickly with all the information I needed at the moment. I've used tui previously and I have been very impressed with the whole process
I booked the Hotel Capriccio Mare y Restaurante, Dominican Republic with TUI for 2 weeks as the TUI website recommended this accommodation. When I arrived with my family, it was a shock that the hotel was a lesser standard than a motel on a dump site that was extremely dilaperdated in terms of the condition. Due to the hotel being inhabitable, we had no choice but to find another accommodation and when we took the matter up with TUI they refused to provide a refund. I will no longer be using TUI as a result of this serious misrepresentation and lack of regard to the safety and wellbeing of their guests.

I think you need to award points for repeat customers like us,who have been on countless Marella cruises and ThomsonS before, and Tui River Cruises.

There knowledge and readiness it help in finding a holiday we went in ti book a holiday we took a list off 6 holidays and lyn went through them but they were un suitable for our needs so she looked though and found us one and she went though everything and it’s seem ok so we have booked it and were looking forward to it so we like to say thank you lyn
Fairly easy booking process and clear prices with the option to add extras if required.
Would be helpful to have clearer images of the various cabin layouts to make the option of choosing easier. Also, more clarity on choosing decks in terms of views, noise levels and access to other areas of the ship.
TUI advertised and sold me a holiday as a 4* hotel, it was far from this and the worst food I have ever seen at a hotel. TUI should not be selling Royalton Splash Punta Cana as a hotel option as it is truly awful. Run down hotel with food not fit for consumption.
