The website is a shady scam

The website is a shady scam. After you convert your file, you need to pay a fee of $0 in order to download the file. If you use your card, you will be charged for a subscription 3 days after with no notification of the subscription or trial period or whatever. They told me they sent all the instructions on my mail but they sent it to a mail that does not belong to me and created an account for me without my consent. Stay away!
