Ordered £300 item and dpd lost/misdelivered was a birthday present which I need for this weekend. Was told would have to wait up to 14 days for either a replacement or a refund. I’m £300 down and no item. The customer shouldn’t have to suffer because of couriers loosing parcels. I should be sent out a replacement or refunded so I can purchase another one as curry’s will claim on dpd’s insurance anyway. Just awful customer service! Order number CUR2569737811
The item was easy enough to order and it would have been free postage however with a three to five day delivery I decided to pick it up from the nearest store. I had a text to inform me that my order was being processed and to wait for another message to say it was ready. I had no intention of picking it up on the same day but I would go to the store the next day. The item was in store but I never received the second message so I could be still waiting. Apart from that I am pleased with my purchase.
