Paid for express delivery as I have no fridge or freezer Chose this fridge freezer as a second choice because I needed it quickly Phone call from delivery on route Freezer had been damaged in transit Now have to wait until SUN 30th for a delivery !!! That’s another 4 days for paying extra to have it delivered quickly

Currys won't honour guarantee

I bought a tumble dryer online on the 22/11/24 ...item was not delivered until the 01/12/24.....Today is the 26/11/25 .The dryer has become faulty and so I have rung currys to arrange a repair or replacement as I have had the item for less than one year...they say the guarantee starts from the time of online purchase not delivery.....how can that be....I don't arrange what currys have in stock locally or delivery dates...I have always bought my white goods from Currys but not any more...I will use Amazon in future as I never have a problem with them when there are issues..

Although it stated on their website that the Washing machine was available for delivery within 24 hours, after choosing my date and paying I had confirmation that it is being delivered and installed on 23rd December!! Crikey it seems I'm going to have to manage without doing any washing for over 4 weeks..... extremely misleading.

Sales Telephone call after purchase

I would have given this a five-star review had I not received an unexpected telephone call from an adviser who attempted to sell me something I did not want—specifically, additional insurance on the product. Each time I said I was not interested, he suggested the line was bad and claimed I had said “thank you” to accepting it.I did not give permission to be contacted by telephone, and I am disappointed with the approach taken by such a large retailer.You have good prices and a great website, but being called out of the blue without even being asked if it was convenient to talk has let you down.
