AVOID THIS SERVICE - THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. I ordered a dedicated server during a promotional offer nearly two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. The owner responded to my first request a week ago, stating "we're deploying it today," but they failed to do so and then closed the ticket. I submitted three additional requests over the following days and received absolutely no responses. Their communication platform is also restricted; all channels are set to read-only, likely to prevent complaints. They offer a ticketing system to report issues, yet they do not respond and just close the tickets. This service is untrustworthy; I strongly advise against using them.
