We’ve been using VISION to manage our health and safety, and I can honestly say it has been flawless. The integration with iHASCO is seamless, making training management incredibly straightforward and efficient.
We were sceptical at the beginning, but Amy completely changed that. Through Teams calls and telephone support, she walked us through everything step by step, ensuring we were confident using the system. Any issues we’ve had have been sorted almost immediately by the lovely Amy – her support has been exceptional.
Not only has VISION saved us a huge amount of time from an admin perspective, but it has also significantly boosted the confidence of the people using it across the business.
5 stars purely for the time management savings alone – everything else is a bonus. Highly recommended!

We have recently adopted this system, and it has completely transformed the way we work. From day one the set was seamless, the flexibility and scalability are unmatched. Account manager support deserves a special mention - my account manager Amy is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.If you are looking for reliability, efficiency and a very user friendly system then this is the system I would highly recommend.
We moved our Compliance and H&S training over to VISION in January this year. The process was not only made easy by the excellent support offered by both Ruth and Amy but it has made managing a complex hierarchy of training needs much easier and efficient. Feedback within the organisation from user and manager level has been positive since launch due to the ease of use and the easy way to obtain records, use dashboard overviews and reports from the portal. With a large number of mobile staff that need to access training on the move, course take up for those roles has already improved, in particular with the ease of accessing the course from an emailed link. The training record QR code has been a great success for our site teams as it allows staff to produce a full overview of their training records and certificates for validation as needed. With responsibility for almost 900 staff members training records and ensuring they are kept up to date VISION training matrix and overview status dashboard provides a super quick way of seeing status and priorities at a glance. This is a fantastic time saving as the data is real time and records are easily updated and managed.Use of the other VISION modules has been slowly rolled out with Accident Reporting, COSHH and Equipment Register being our most used after Training Matrix.
We made the decision to go with Vision to streamline the admin for all our required training.Our experience with the team at Vison has been first class. The system itself is very user friendly and allowed us to input all current and upcoming training with ease.Especially like the training overview, at a glance you can see what's coming up.
Vision's functionality, ease of use and intuitive nature has seamlessly embedded itself within our business and has become a core business tool. The system has allowed us to integrate all aspects of our Health and Safety Management processes into one place, allowing all members of staff to access and update its live information from any location.It's weekly updates on statuses within the models ensures compliance is maintained with ample notice for expiries, ensuring planned allocation of resources. As a software system it is pleasing to see that it is continually improving with great modular updates including acknowledgment of client suggestions which often become part of the systems development as a whole. The level of service from the support team is exceptional. If we have needed any support there is always a member of the support team available to guide us and answer any questions we might have. Accreditors and auditors have been extremely impressed with the user interface, reporting capabilities and hard copy documents produced by the system which only reaffirms our confidence in it's ongoing capabilities including achieving additional accreditations.
We have recently mobilised a site for a client and their Project Manager commented that our RAMS and Training Matrix for the Health and Safety File were the best he had seen.Our Project Director created these for the project using Visionmp.co.ukWe can add our own branding and create PDF files using standardised templates.The Training Matrix uses a RAG system and the certificates can be added easily to each record.Very straightforward to use and a weekly RAG email is sent out to designated personnel, showing which items need attention to maintain compliance.
